Every Viore piece is backed by our 2-year warranty. If your jewellery shows eligible signs of tarnishing within this period, you may be eligible for an exchange, subject to our Warranty Policy.

Exchanges are accepted only in cases where the jewellery received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video and clear photographs for verification.
