Warranty Policy
At Viore, we take pride in the lasting quality of our jewelry. Each piece is crafted with care using high-grade materials and is covered under our warranty for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
In the rare case that your jewelry shows signs of tarnishing, we offer the following compensation based on the time of ownership:
- Get a free exchange of the same amount you purchased. Items on sale are not eligible.
- If refund required-
- Within 6 months of purchase – Eligible for 50% refund of the original purchase amount.
- Within 12 months of purchase – Eligible for 30% refund.
- After 12 months and up to 5 years – Eligible for 15% refund.
To process your warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the tarnishing. Viore reserves the right to assess the condition of the piece and determine eligibility.
This policy does not apply to pieces that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or lack of proper care as outlined in our Jewelry Care Guide.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it for an exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange

- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Defective or Wrong Items
